Ok had capoeira just now... Burnt my ass riding that 168... Never mind, at least the fun part was GOING TO CAPOEIRA WOOTS!!! Hahahaha as usual, training was awesome... Learnt new tricks... Today the tricks are ground based but still involves arial... Aiyo... My ankle macam sai... I had a bad landing... Now ok already la... But after i woke up from nap in bus, WALAO WEI LIKE HELL!!! Thank god it's ok now... Put some ice... Lucky never swell up... Hahahahaha... Oh ya, ok, as from today onwards, I AM PART OF BANTUS CAPOEIRA!!! Woots!!! Got the card already...
